Notice from Meddygfa Victoria Surgery in relation to Covid
We would like to advise our patients that the Advanced Nurse Practitioners are now seeing patients for face to face appointments unless a patient specifically requests a telephone review. The GP's are still operating a telephone triage system and will arrange any face to face appointments if they feel it necessary.
We still require anyone entering the surgery to wear a facemask/visor.
We would be grateful if you could phone the surgery for any queries rather than attending in person.
Repeat prescription requests can be done via telephone (after 10.30am) or My Health On Line with the option of requesting which chemist you want your repeat sent to for dispensing.
The Choose Pharmacy Scheme is still running with regards to some common ailments. Please telephone a pharmacy to see if they have someone who is able to assist you.
Telephone lines are open between 8am and 10.30am for any urgent queries. If you have a routine enquiry, please telephone after 10.30am. Due to staffing issues, only emergency calls will be dealt with after 4.00pm.
Many thanks for your cooperation and patience

New Online System
We have upgraded our computer system.

Our online service you will now direct you to MHOL (My Health Online) instead of the former EMIS Patient Access. You will need to input your log in details again the first time you use the new system. You will be asked for a practice ID number, access ID number and your password.
- Practice ID number refers to the last 4 digits of your previous User ID
- Access ID number refers to the 1st 4/5 digits of your previous User ID
- Password remains the same as your previous password
If you do not already have log in details, please contact the surgery for more information.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you use your username you will get the following error message:

We suggest that you take the tick out and split out your login details
Last 4 digits = Practice ID number1st 4/5 will relate to the Access ID number
The password remains the same
New MHOL looks like this:
